We’ll send you a text message when you enter and exit the facility. Your parking session is automatically charged to your credit card after exiting.

Just scan one of the Metropolis QR codes in the parking facility with your phone’s camera. Then, just follow the prompts in the app – you’ll need a credit card and your license plate number.

Just finished a parking visit at a Metropolis location?
At the end of your visit, Metropolis will automatically send your parking receipt through a text message or notification. To access the receipt, either tap on the link in the message or notification or log in to the Metropolis web or iOS app and open your recent visits.

You can view your receipts any time by logging in to the Metropolis web or iOS app and opening your recent visits.

Your visit starts when you drive in. You will receive a welcome text when you enter, and your parking session will begin.

When you exit the parking garage your parking session is automatically charged to your credit card on file. Just drive out.

When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)
